Andrew Pettit, Partner

Andrew was a founding partner of Revcap and is a member of the Investment Committee. He takes overall responsibility for investments, asset management and capital raising.

Prior to joining Revcap, Andrew was a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Finance group at Lehman Brothers where he was involved in the origination, structuring and management of mezzanine and equity investments in over 80 European real estate transactions comprising over €10 billion in real estate. Major transactions for Lehman Brothers included the repositioning of Shell-Mex House, the privatisation of Burford Holdings plc and the creation of a number of strategic partnerships with real estate entrepreneurs across Europe. Transactions originated and managed by Andrew at Lehman Brothers generated an overall IRR of over 30%. Andrew joined Lehman Brothers in 1995 from Clifford Chance where he was a solicitor in the Property Finance Group.
