François Guiraud, Partner

François was a founding partner of Revcap and is a member of the Investment Committee. He runs the firm's Paris office and takes responsibility for Revcap's business in France, Italy and Spain.
François joined Revcap in 2004 from Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for sourcing and closing real estate backed mezzanine/equity investments with a particular focus on France and Belgium. He was involved in the purchase, refurbishment and sale of Europlaza, Paris, the origination and management of a number of residential transactions in the French market and the first French commercial mortgage backed securitisation. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1996, François worked in the securitisation team at Société Générale.
