Stefan Lanefelt, Partner

Stefan joined Revcap in 2004 as a partner and takes responsibility for Revcap’s business in the Nordic region and some client relationships in Germany. He has been involved in the origination, structuring and management of more than 30 European real estate transactions comprising over €1 billion in value.

Stefan was formerly in the Real Estate Finance Group at Lehman Brothers and was involved in the execution and asset management of a number of transactions in the Nordic markets and the UK. Prior to this, he worked in Lehman Brothers' European Corporate Finance business. Stefan holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics.
