Stephen Pettit, Partner

Stephen joined Revcap in 2004 and is responsible for Revcap's investor reporting. He also takes a lead role in asset management and holds some client responsibilities in the UK. Stephen was formerly a Partner at Catalyst Capital, the European real estate asset manager and co-investor, where he was responsible for the underwriting, analysis and structuring of new acquisitions. At Catalyst, Stephen worked on the acquisition of over £900 million of assets in the UK and France.
Between 1998 and 2001, Stephen worked at Hatfield Philips, a real estate loan and investment management business based in London, now owned by LNR.
