Andrew was a founding partner of Revcap in 2004 and is a member of the Revcap Investment Committee. He takes overall responsibility for investments and capital raising at the firm.
Andrew was formerly a managing director and head of the European real estate principal transactions business at Lehman Brothers and a solicitor at Clifford Chance in the Property Finance Group.
Andrew has a BA (Hons) in Law and French from the University of Sussex and a postgraduate licence in EU law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Will was a founding partner of Revcap in 2004 and is member of the Revcap Investment Committee. He is the partner tasked with heading operations of the firm and is also Co-head of the UK team.
Will joined Revcap from Lehman Brothers, where he was an Executive Director in the European real estate principal transactions business, predominantly focused on the UK market. Previously, Will worked in property finance with the United Bank of Kuwait and in the Principal Investment team at Nikko Securities.
Will has a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading and an MA in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter.
François was a founding partner of Revcap in 2004 and is a member of the Revcap Investment Committee. He takes responsibility for investments in continental Europe.
He was formerly a Director in the European real estate principal transactions business at Lehman Brothers and prior to that he worked in the securitisation team at Société Générale.
François has a business degree from EDHEC where he majored in law. François is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Nick joined Revcap in 2005 and is a member of the Revcap Investment Committee. He takes responsibility for capital raising for the firm as well as the management of a number of Revcap’s operating partners in the UK and continental Europe.
He was formerly a Director in the International Investment team at DTZ and prior to that worked for Gooch & Wagstaff.
Nick is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and has a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading.
Stefan was a founding partner of Revcap in 2004. He is head of Revcap’s Stockholm office and takes responsibility for Revcap’s business in the Nordic region.
He was formerly a member of the European real estate principal transactions business at Lehman Brothers. Prior to that, he worked in Lehman Brothers’ European Corporate Finance business.
Stefan holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics and is fluent in Swedish and English.
Matthias joined Revcap in 2006. He is head of Revcap’s Frankfurt office and takes responsibility for Revcap’s business in German speaking markets.
Matthias joined Revcap from GE Capital where he was responsible for the origination and execution of German investments. Prior to that, Matthias worked for KPMG Corporate Finance in Germany.
Matthias holds an M.Sc. in Architecture and Economics as well as a post graduate degree from the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel. Matthias is fluent in German and English.
Stephen was a founding partner of Revcap in 2004. He is responsible for Revcap’s Investor Reporting and analytics and also manages a number of Revcap’s operating partners in the UK.
Stephen was formerly a Partner at Catalyst Capital, a European real estate asset manager. Prior to that, Stephen worked at Hatfield Philips, a real estate loan and asset management business.
Stephen has a BA in English from the University of Leeds.
Charles joined Revcap in 2015 and is co-head of Revcap’s Income Strategies and Platform areas, including core plus investments. He is responsible for origination, capital raising and asset management.
Charles was previously a Senior Fund manager at AXA Real Estate where he oversaw several separate account mandates and funds in both the core plus and opportunistic areas. Prior to that, Charles worked in real estate at Orion Capital Managers and Citicourt.
Clay joined Revcap in 2020 and is Head of Fund Management.
Clay was previously a Fund Manager at Invesco where he co-managed the European Value Add Fund series and European investments in the Global Opportunistic Fund series. Prior to that, Clay spent nine years at Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate as a Principal and Head of Portfolio Management.
Clay has a Masters in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a qualified CPA. He is a dual American and British citizen.
Stephen joined Revcap in 2020. He primarily oversees Revcap’s platform investments across the UK and Continental Europe.
Stephen joined Revcap from Henderson Park, where he was a Director in the investment team, focusing on investments across the UK and Continental Europe. Prior to Henderson Park, Stephen spent eight years in the UK and U.S. real estate investment banking teams at J.P. Morgan, both in London and in New York City.
Stephen holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge (King’s College).
Stephen joined Revcap in 2012 and takes responsibility for asset management across the UK investment and development portfolio and is a member of the Revcap Investment Committee.
Stephen was previously Deputy CEO Commercial Banking and Treasury at Ahli United Bank (UK) PLC.
Stephen has a degree in Business Studies and is a member of the Association of Property Lenders.
Rick joined Revcap in 2006 as Finance Director and oversees compliance, financial reporting to investors and the finance and accounting oversight of Revcap’s joint ventures with local operating partners.
Rick joined Revcap from Via Capital, a real estate subsidiary of Aareal Bank where he was head of Finance and Administration. Prior to that, he was a Financial Manager at Stonehage Group, an international financial services group.
James joined Revcap in 2013. As Finance Director, he has responsibilities across Revcap’s operational business and funds reporting team.
James joined Revcap from Mountgrange Investment Management where he was the Financial Controller. Prior to that, he was the Financial Controller of Rugby Asset Management, the fund management arm of Rugby Estates Plc.
James has a BA in Maths and Philosophy from Kings College London and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Harrison joined Revcap in 2019. He is a Partner and Managing Director of the Luxembourg office. He oversees the legal and tax structuring of the Revcap-advised funds alongside the tax compliance of fund legal entities. He is also responsible for the fund administration and corporate management of the European legal entities.
Harrison graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2011 with a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and Japanese. He joined Revcap from the Private Equity Funds team at KPMG. Prior to that he spent 5 years in the Tax team at Coller Capital.
He is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the INREV Tax Committee. He is a regular speaker at various international tax conferences and is a Board Trustee of Trekstock – a charity which provides support to young adults diagnosed with cancer.
Alex joined Revcap in 2010 and primarily oversees the Core plus accounting team.
Alex joined from the housing department at Hammersmith & Fulham council. Prior to that was at a boutique practice in Manchester working on acquisitions, disposals and debt raising for SMEs.
Alex has a BA in Economics from the University of Liverpool and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Georgina (re)joined Revcap in 2021 as Head of ESG. She takes responsibility for the firm’s ESG strategy, integration and reporting at the management, fund and JV level.
She started her career at Blackstone, before joining Revcap in 2013 to work across investor relations and capital raising and has advised small-mid cap European public companies on ESG integration.
Alongside Revcap, Georgina is Co-Founder of Eco Brixs, an environmental charity using a circular economic model to address plastic pollution and climate change across developing countries.
Georgina holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds, the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is currently studying Sustainable Leadership for the Built Environment at the University of Cambridge.
Jan-Philipp joined Revcap in 2022 and is a member of the German team. He is involved in origination and asset management across Germany.
Jan-Philipp joined Revcap from Conren Land where he focused on office and hotel investments across Germany and the UK. Prior to that, he worked for listed commercial real estate companies in Germany.
Jan-Philipp holds a Master’s in Real Estate Investment and Finance from EBS University as well as a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of York. Jan-Philipp is fluent in German and English.
Lucy joined Revcap in 2017 as a Senior Associate in the Investor Reporting and Analytics Team.
Lucy joined from Telereal Trillium where she worked in the business modelling team where she built models to analyse and evaluate new acquisitions and a current portfolio of over 8,000 properties. Prior to that Lucy was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and a Senior Analyst within the hedge fund advisory team at Close Brothers Asset Management.
Lucy has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh.
Nazia joined Revcap in 2012 as a fund controller and is a member of the finance team responsible for all financial reporting of the Kitty Hawk V fund.
Prior to joining Revcap, Nazia worked for Arbuthnot Securities Ltd where her primary responsibility was to manage the financial reporting of all income streams of the company.
Nazia holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of West London and is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.
Pierre joined Revcap in 2022 and is a member of the German team.
Pierre joined Revcap from DIC Asset AG where he was working in the investment team. Prior to that Pierre worked for Nuveen, PWC and Clifford Chance LLP.
Pierre holds a LL.M from University of Cologne with an Enterprise Tax Law and Valuation Major as well as a LL.B in Tax Law, awarded with a scholarship for gifted students by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
Pierre joined Revcap in 2019 and is a member of the Nordic Team. He is involved in origination and asset management across the Nordic business.
Pierre joined Revcap from Alma Property Partners where he was working on Nordic investments based out of Stockholm. Prior to that Pierre worked for Cerberus Capital Management and SEB in Frankfurt.
Pierre holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and is fluent in English, Swedish and German.
Thomas joined Revcap in 2021 and is involved in origination and asset management for French investments.
Thomas was based in Paris prior to starting with Revcap in London and joined from Societe Generale, working on real estate investments for the group’s life insurance entity. Previous to that he worked at Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC).
Thomas has a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe Business School and is fluent in English and French.
Derek joined Revcap in 2014 initially as a Partner, reverting to a Consultant in 2015. His principal role at Revcap is as the asset manager on its investment in Ark Data Centres.
Derek was previously at Lloyds Banking Group in a variety of senior real estate debt and equity roles in the UK, US and Continental Europe where he latterly led a team of 60 in the workout of an €11Bn primarily real estate debt book based in Ireland.
He is currently Managing Director of LSPIM, Asset Manager to Regional REIT and, in addition is a non-executive Director of CBRE Global Investors Credit Strategies business.
Derek has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
Marie initially joined Revcap back in 2010 before reverting to a Consultant in 2019. Her primary focus at Revcap is as an asset manager on its German platform investments, in particular Stella Vitalis.
When not working with Revcap, Marie is a principal at Ciel Capital a real estate asset manager and JV partner with particular focus on hospitality and other trading businesses. Prior to that, she ran the Asset Management across Germany for a Family Office focused on investments and developments across Europe.
She holds a MA in European Real Estate Investments from Kingston University, a Business diploma from Niels Brock in Denmark and speaks several languages among them English, Danish and German.
Schalk joined Revcap in 2020 as Head of Capital Markets and is now a consultant who assists with Revcap’s capital raising and investor relations functions.
Schalk joined Revcap from Europa Capital where he was a partner and responsible for managing Europa Capital and its parent, the Mitsubishi Estates group’s global capital raising activities. Prior to that, Schalk worked for AEW Europe as managing director as head of Investor relations.
Schalk is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a post graduate degree in investment management from the University of Johannesburg.
