IMPROVING ACCESSIBILITY TO THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

To help improve accessibility for underrepresented groups to the real estate industry, Revcap partners with community organisations to extend our reach into historically untapped communities including the Academy of Real Assets, London Academy of Excellence Tottenham (LAET) and Henley Business School. We also provide mentoring through Generation Success, a programme founded on the principles of social mobility, diversity, and inclusion.

Revcap is participating in the Mayor’s Business Climate Challenge (BCC) – a voluntary energy efficiency programme developed to support businesses in reducing their energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions. We have pledged to reduce our energy consumption by 10% within a year and will receive complimentary customised technical advice from consultants to aid in creating a more energy efficient workplace, as well as future-proof the business against rising energy prices. Findings from the BCC pilot indicate that in the first 9 months of the programme, participants reduced their energy consumption on average by 16%, saving £8,300 in energy costs.
